Naimeh started her career in advertising in 2000 and is highly experienced in the worlds of paid offline as well as online media.

She worked on local and global brands in the Middle-East (Tehran) & European (London) markets.

Working at London-based global media agencies since 2010, she sharpened her digital media skills through working with big budget clients and on complex digital advertising accounts e.g. Samsung Mobile Global, Virgin Media & Virgin Holidays, Peugeot, Vodafone, Sony & many more.

She also acted as a bridge between clients and their media agencies as part of the in-house digital marketing team of Experian and TalkTalk in order to deliver on their performance-based accounts.

Amongst other things, this experience provided her with excellent insight into the challenges of client-agency relationships. She managed millions of Pounds, Dollars & Tomans worth of media budget throughout her paid media advertising career.

For example, in the last two roles she was responsible for delivery of just under £40m media budget annually.
